{"id":10563,"date":"2025-03-27T06:10:24","date_gmt":"2025-03-27T06:10:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mediatopnews.tg\/?p=10563"},"modified":"2025-03-27T06:10:30","modified_gmt":"2025-03-27T06:10:30","slug":"tchaoudjo-3-et-4-en-route-vers-un-developpement-communal-structure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mediatopnews.tg\/?p=10563","title":{"rendered":"Tchaoudjo 3 et 4 en route vers un d\u00e9veloppement communal structur\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les communes de Tchaoudjo 3 et 4 disposeront bient\u00f4t de leur Plan de D\u00e9veloppement Communal (PDC), gr\u00e2ce au projet \u00ab Renforcement de la participation citoyenne dans la gestion des communes rurales Tchaoudjo 3 et 4 \u00bb, officiellement lanc\u00e9 le mardi 25 mars \u00e0 Al\u00e9h\u00e9rid\u00e8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 18 mois, ce projet est port\u00e9 par le Consortium d\u2019ONG Club des Amis du Village et \u00c9ducation et D\u00e9veloppement (CAV \u2013 ED). Il vise \u00e0 promouvoir la participation communautaire et la bonne gouvernance locale. Financ\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 19.672.700 FCFA, soit environ 29.991 euros, il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du soutien technique et financier du \u00ab Projet de renforcement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile pour la promotion et la protection de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019association et de r\u00e9union au Togo (Pro-LAR) \u00bb, fruit de la coop\u00e9ration entre le Togo et l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"289\" height=\"160\" src=\"https:\/\/mediatopnews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/TOF-Tchamba.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10564\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lancement de cette initiative a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de sensibiliser les parties prenantes sur les objectifs du projet et d\u2019encourager leur engagement. L\u2019objectif principal est de doter les acteurs du d\u00e9veloppement local d\u2019un cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence structur\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de planification et de gestion communale. L\u2019\u00e9laboration des PDC pour Tchaoudjo 3 et 4 se d\u00e9roulera en cinq phases, comprenant plusieurs \u00e9tapes. Tchaoudjo 3 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019un appui pour finaliser les trois derni\u00e8res phases de son PDC, tandis que Tchaoudjo 4 entamera l\u2019ensemble du processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9fet de Tchaoudjo, Tchimbiandja Yendoukoa Douti, a exhort\u00e9 les conseillers municipaux et l\u2019ensemble des acteurs locaux \u00e0 s\u2019impliquer activement dans la mise en \u0153uvre du projet. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le coordonnateur de l\u2019ONG CAV et du projet, Gb\u00e8l\u00e8-Gu\u00e8w\u00e8 Djobo Ousmane, a insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance de ces plans de d\u00e9veloppement, soulignant que ces deux communes, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de nombreuses autres au Togo, rencontrent des difficult\u00e9s dans la mobilisation des ressources pour la planification locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le coordonnateur national du Projet LAR, Elly Yawo Holali, a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019engagement de son organisation \u00e0 accompagner les deux communes dans l\u2019atteinte de leurs objectifs.
