L\u2019Office togolais des recettes (OTR) organise une nouvelle op\u00e9ration de vente aux ench\u00e8res publiques. Elle se tiendra \u00e0 compter du mercredi 12 novembre 2025, \u00e0 partir de 09h30, \u00e0 la Direction des Op\u00e9rations Douani\u00e8res de Lom\u00e9-Port, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019ordonnance n\u00b03069\/2025 du 22 octobre 2025, sign\u00e9e par le Commissaire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Yawa Tsegan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette vente concerne un lot de 58 conteneurs contenant diverses marchandises<\/strong>. Les biens seront adjug\u00e9s au plus offrant, le dernier ench\u00e9risseur \u00e9tant d\u00e9clar\u00e9 acqu\u00e9reur. Le r\u00e8glement devra \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 au comptant et sur place<\/strong>, avec une majoration de 12%<\/strong>, suivi de l\u2019enl\u00e8vement imm\u00e9diat<\/strong> des colis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour prendre part \u00e0 la vente, chaque participant devra s\u2019acquitter d\u2019un droit d\u2019enregistrement non remboursable de 25 000 FCFA<\/strong>, payable contre une quittance s\u00e9curis\u00e9e \u00e0 la section du contentieux de la Direction des Op\u00e9rations Douani\u00e8res de Lom\u00e9-Port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019OTR pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019aucune r\u00e9clamation ne sera recevable apr\u00e8s l\u2019adjudication. Par ailleurs, tout adjudicataire qui ne r\u00e8gle pas le montant de son achat avant 17h30 le jour m\u00eame<\/strong> verra son adjudication annul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
