Son expos\u00e9 a port\u00e9 notamment sur les 31 dispositions de la loi de finances notamment 28 articles modifi\u00e9s et 03 nouveaux introduits. Il a expliqu\u00e9 les innovations introduites en mati\u00e8re d\u2019imp\u00f4ts directs et indirects, les am\u00e9nagements relatifs aux proc\u00e9dures fiscales, ainsi que les dispositions visant \u00e0 renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et la s\u00e9curisation des recettes douani\u00e8res. Les \u00e9changes qui ont suivi la communication ont permis aux participants de soulever diverses pr\u00e9occupations li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019application des nouvelles mesures et d\u2019obtenir des clarifications de la part des responsables de l\u2019OTR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le directeur de la communication et des services aux usagers de l\u2019OTR, Konlani Kampatibe, a rappel\u00e9 que cette campagne s\u2019inscrit dans une dynamique de transparence et de proximit\u00e9 avec les citoyens. Il a soulign\u00e9 que la vulgarisation des textes fiscaux constitue un levier essentiel pour renforcer le civisme fiscal et consolider le partenariat entre l\u2019administration et les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales. Selon lui, la loi de finances 2026 traduit la volont\u00e9 des pouvoirs publics de moderniser l\u2019administration fiscale, d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019assiette et d\u2019optimiser la mobilisation des ressources int\u00e9rieures au service du d\u00e9veloppement national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9fet de l\u2019Ogou, Ekp\u00e9 Kodjo Agb\u00e9ko No\u00ebl, a salu\u00e9 l\u2019initiative de l\u2019OTR qui contribue \u00e0 rapprocher davantage l\u2019administration fiscale des administr\u00e9s.
