Il s\u2019agit de 23 auditeurs de justice et de 5 agents issus des Forces de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (FDS), tous form\u00e9s au Centre de formation des professions de justice (CFPJ) et ayant satisfait aux exigences acad\u00e9miques et professionnelles requises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les nominations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions l\u00e9gales et r\u00e9glementaires en vigueur, apr\u00e8s avis favorable du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature (CSM), garant du respect des r\u00e8gles de recrutement et de gestion de la carri\u00e8re des magistrats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cette d\u00e9cision, les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s acc\u00e8dent officiellement au statut de magistrats stagiaires au sein des corps de la magistrature civile et militaire. Ils sont d\u00e9sormais habilit\u00e9s \u00e0 exercer les missions qui leur seront confi\u00e9es dans les diff\u00e9rentes juridictions et institutions judiciaires du pays, contribuant ainsi au fonctionnement r\u00e9gulier du service public de la justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette nouvelle vague d\u2019int\u00e9gration s\u2019inscrit dans la dynamique de modernisation et de consolidation de l\u2019appareil judiciaire engag\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s togolaises. Elle r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de renforcer les effectifs des juridictions, de r\u00e9duire les contraintes li\u00e9es au d\u00e9ficit de personnel et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la c\u00e9l\u00e9rit\u00e9 dans le traitement des dossiers judiciaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 travers ces nominations, le gouvernement r\u00e9affirme sa volont\u00e9 de doter le pays d&rsquo;une justice plus performante, accessible et efficace.
