Cette performance repr\u00e9sente une <strong>hausse de 14,3 % en glissement annuel<\/strong>, selon les donn\u00e9es de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Tr\u00e9sor et de la Comptabilit\u00e9 publique rapport\u00e9es par Togo First.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"591\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/mediatopnews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/OTR-TOF-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mediatopnews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/OTR-TOF-1.png 591w, https:\/\/mediatopnews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/OTR-TOF-1-300x203.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 591px) 100vw, 591px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recettes collect\u00e9es au cours des six premiers mois de l\u2019ann\u00e9e correspondent ainsi \u00e0 <strong>46,3 % de l\u2019objectif annuel<\/strong>, fix\u00e9 \u00e0 1 096,11 milliards FCFA. Elles contribuent de mani\u00e8re significative au financement des d\u00e9penses publiques et \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du budget de l\u2019\u00c9tat au premier semestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le d\u00e9tail, le <strong>Commissariat des imp\u00f4ts (CI)<\/strong> a mobilis\u00e9 <strong>279,07 milliards FCFA<\/strong>, soit 45,3 % de son objectif annuel. Les recettes issues de cette r\u00e9gie enregistrent une progression de <strong>14,6 %<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 fin juin 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"591\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/mediatopnews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/OTR-TOF-2.png\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mediatopnews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/OTR-TOF-2.png 591w, https:\/\/mediatopnews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/OTR-TOF-2-300x203.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 591px) 100vw, 591px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>Commissariat des douanes et droits indirects (CDDI)<\/strong> a, pour sa part, collect\u00e9 <strong>228,74 milliards FCFA<\/strong> sur la p\u00e9riode. Ce montant repr\u00e9sente <strong>47,7 % de sa pr\u00e9vision annuelle<\/strong> et traduit une hausse de <strong>14 %<\/strong> sur un an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une pression fiscale encore en de\u00e7\u00e0 de l\u2019objectif<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la progression des recettes, la pression fiscale reste encore \u00e9loign\u00e9e de la cible annuelle fix\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s. Elle s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 <strong>6,8 % du PIB \u00e0 fin juin 2026<\/strong>, alors que le gouvernement table sur un taux de <strong>14,6 % pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019ann\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La seconde moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e sera donc d\u00e9terminante pour les r\u00e9gies financi\u00e8res.
