Il s&rsquo;agit de la mise en vente de 102 conteneurs de CMA CGM abandonn\u00e9s sur le terminal \u00e0 conteneurs de Togo Terminal. La vente a lieu le 23 octobre prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une annonce faite par le Commissaire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Philippe Tchodie. Il explique que cette nouvelle vente s\u2019effectue en ex\u00e9cution de l\u2019ordonnance n\u00ba 2641\/2023 du 09 octobre 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vente aux ench\u00e8res a lieu le lundi 23 octobre 2023 \u00e0 partir de 09 heures 30 minutes et les jours suivants au Port de Lom\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l\u2019OTR, la vente est faite aux ench\u00e8res publiques au plus offrant et dernier ench\u00e9risseur, paiement au comptant et sur place major\u00e9 de 12% avec enl\u00e8vement imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La participation \u00e0 la vente est subordonn\u00e9e au paiement d\u2019une somme de 25.000 francs CFA non remboursable contre une quittance s\u00e9curis\u00e9e au titre d\u2019enregistrement des adjudicataires, \u00e0 la Direction des Op\u00e9rations Douani\u00e8res de Lom\u00e9-Port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019OTR pr\u00e9cise par ailleurs que les adjudicataires qui n\u2019auront pas acquitt\u00e9 le montant des effets qui leur sont adjug\u00e9s avant 17h30 minutes du jour de leur achat, verront leur adjudication annul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab La participation du public \u00e0 cette vente implique l\u2019acceptation des conditions ci-dessus \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Philippe Tchodie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Office Togolais des Recettes (OTR) initie une nouvelle vente aux ench\u00e8res au Port de Lom\u00e9.
