L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale a besoin de dotation financi\u00e8re, comme toute autre institution de l\u2019Etat, pour exercer efficacement sa triptyque mission constitutionnelle de repr\u00e9sentation, de vote et de contr\u00f4le de l\u2019action du gouvernement. C\u2019est pourquoi la troisi\u00e8me s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re de la deuxi\u00e8me session ordinaire de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023, tenue ce jeudi 9 novembre 2023 \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9micycle, a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e au vote du budget, exercice 2024 de la repr\u00e9sentation nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les travaux dirig\u00e9s par Madame Yawa Djigbodi Ts\u00e8gan, Pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s \u00e0 huis clos, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l\u2019article 95 de la Constitution et 50 alin\u00e9a 2 du r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le vote de ce budget exercice 2024 s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sence de Christian Trimua, ministre Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du gouvernement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019autonomie financi\u00e8re dont jouit l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale lui permet donc d\u2019\u00e9tablir son budget, instrument pr\u00e9visionnel et fonctionnel, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 17-1 de son r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur et ensuite de le voter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
