Selon les organisateurs, l\u2019espace qui les oppose \u00e0 cet individu X s\u2019\u00e9tend sur une superficie de plus de 1000 hectares englobant deux quartiers (Kotoda et Kpanwayi) de Kpanzind\u00e8. Ils ont fait savoir que cette affaire qui date de 1993 les a fait vivre beaucoup d\u2019aventures juridiques. Aujourd\u2019hui les choses risquent se d\u00e9chainer \u00e0 la r\u00e9volte \u00e0 cause de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019une ordonnance de justice. Selon les explications donn\u00e9es, cet acte juridique oblige les riverains \u00e0 d\u00e9guerpir la zone, ceci au m\u00e9pris de leurs \u00ab droits \u00bb. \u00ab Nous avons organis\u00e9 cette r\u00e9union pour exprimer notre r\u00e9probation, d\u00e9fendre nos droits et amener ce message l\u00e0 o\u00f9 besoin serait afin que l\u2019\u00e9quilibre soit \u00e9tabli dans ce milieu \u00bb,<\/em> soutient M. Tch\u00e9dr\u00e9 Mazamaesso, l\u2019un des acteurs indign\u00e9s. Pour lui, il est inconcevable qu\u2019on attribue \u00e0 une seule personne un espace de plus de 1000 hectares au d\u00e9triment de toute une communaut\u00e9 dont les a\u00efeux \u00ab furent les fondateurs de la localit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s M. Tch\u00e9dr\u00e9, les autorit\u00e9s locales sont au courant de tout car, ce sont les techniciens de la place qui viennent implanter les bornes dans les champs des riverains. \u00ab Actuellement cet individu X est en train de d\u00e9loger toute la population  de Kpanwayi en se vantant le droit de propri\u00e9taire terrien. On fait quitter la population de tout un quartier pour qu\u2019elle aille o\u00f9 ? Il urge de r\u00e9attaquer la d\u00e9cision de justice, l\u2019ordonnance et rencontrer les commanditaires des techniciens exer\u00e7ant sur le terrain\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M Kpakpabya Abalo, pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 cantonal de d\u00e9veloppement de Kpanzind\u00e8 d\u2019ajouter : \u00ab l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y a la guerre et la haine il n\u2019y a pas le d\u00e9veloppement. Les \u00ab victimes \u00bb r\u00e9clament tout simplement la restitution de leurs terres spoli\u00e9es. Nous lan\u00e7ons un appel de d\u00e9tresse pour que les sages, les grands pr\u00eatres traditionnels et toutes les autorit\u00e9s de la Kozah les assistent dans cette situation, o\u00f9 une seule personne \u00e9paul\u00e9e par des \u00abgens forts \u00bb pers\u00e9cute tout un quartier <\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La rencontre a \u00e9t\u00e9 une occasion pour les participants d\u2019\u00e9grener les aspects du probl\u00e8me, proposer de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies et d\u00e9marches \u00e0 entreprendre pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les terres d\u00e9poss\u00e9d\u00e9es. Elle a aussi permis d\u2019\u00e9couter le malaise foncier que traverse actuellement les riverains afin de trouver des solutions p\u00e9rennes. Toute la population, hommes, femmes et jeunes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ces \u00e9changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
