Ce sont des qualit\u00e9s que je chercherai \u00e0 imiter alors que je m&rsquo;engage dans la mission qui m&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Gilbert F. Houngbo au DG sortant, lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/global\/about-the-ilo\/newsroom\/news\/WCMS_857300\/lang--fr\/index.htm\">comme le rapporte l\u2019OIT.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi ses priorit\u00e9s, le haut fonctionnaire international inclut \u00ab&nbsp;<em>la r\u00e9ponse internationale aux questions du panier de la m\u00e9nag\u00e8re, de la vie ch\u00e8re et l\u2019inflation. Il s\u2019agira \u00e9galement de travailler \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019universalisation de la protection sociale, notamment dans le secteur informel&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/em>A ces pr\u00e9occupations, il faut ajouter la lutte contre le travail des enfants et l\u2019esclavage moderne,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.togofirst.com\/fr\/gouvernance-economique\/1805-9983-gilbert-houngbo-nouveau-dg-du-bit-partage-les-projets-de-son-mandat-avec-faure-gnassingbe\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mandat du Togolais \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019OIT s\u2019ouvre dans un contexte o\u00f9 les questions de transition \u00e9conomique se font plus aigu\u00ebs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, Gilbert F. Houngbo a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu comme 11e Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;Organisation en mars 2022, par le Conseil d&rsquo;administration de l\u2019institution.
